Due to the nature of digital products, all purchases made on Mavlyo are final.

Once a digital file (including PDFs, downloads, guides, planners, or digital resources) has been delivered or accessed, we are unable to offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations.

If you experience a technical issue (such as a corrupted file or download problem), please contact us at contact@mavlyo.com and we will resolve the issue promptly.

If a purchase was made in error, please contact us immediately. Refund requests made before download access may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

This policy complies with digital goods regulations where the right of withdrawal does not apply once digital content delivery has begun.
